Our Role
VERODATA provides independent underwater condition documentation, focused on factual visual evidence and long-term data integrity.
Position in a Marine Project
VERODATA operates as a neutral documentation layer between vessel owners, marine contractors, and survey service providers.
Our role is not to execute underwater work, nor to evaluate technical compliance, but to preserve factual visual condition records as they were observed at a specific time.
What We Do
- Structure visual condition data from underwater operations
- Maintain consistency of observed areas and reference frames
- Provide timestamp-based photo and video documentation
- Prepare comparative condition layouts when applicable
- Preserve long-term condition history and archive integrity
What We Do Not Do
- We do not perform underwater work or diving operations
- We do not operate ROVs or underwater equipment
- We do not conduct inspections or surveys
- We do not assess work quality or technical compliance
- We do not issue approvals, acceptance, or certifications
Independence Statement
VERODATA functions independently from field execution and technical assessment activities. Our documentation is based solely on visual records obtained from appointed contractors or vessel representatives.
While VERODATA may share common ownership with operational marine companies, each entity operates under separate legal structure, contractual scope, and responsibility framework.
VERODATA does not control underwater operations, does not influence execution methodology, and does not participate in acceptance decisions.
We do not judge the work.
We preserve the facts.
VERODATA documentation represents factual visual condition at the time of recording only. It does not constitute inspection, survey, certification, or work acceptance.
