Verodata is a marine commercial and project support company. We connect clients with suitable marine resources, support the project commercially and administratively, and coordinate the reporting.
Position in a marine project
Verodata operates between clients and independent marine resource providers. We help a requirement find the right provider and help the work move through to its deliverable.
What we do
- Identify and qualify marine service requirements
- Source and introduce suitable resource providers
- Coordinate quotations and commercial communication
- Support project administration, progress follow-up, and document control
- Structure documentation and coordinate reporting deliverables
What we do not do
- We do not perform diving, ROV, or other underwater operations
- We do not own or operate underwater equipment
- We do not conduct inspections or surveys
- We do not certify or approve work quality or technical compliance
- We do not assume the technical responsibility of the resource provider
Transparency statement
Verodata acts as an intermediary and may receive an introduction fee or commission from resource providers. Providers are independent companies with their own contractual scope, responsibility, and insurance.
Verodata may share common ownership with operational marine companies. Each entity operates under a separate legal structure and contractual scope.
We do not execute the work. We connect it, support it, and document it.
